The core of EquityQuest Homes is the talented team of Shannon and Gina Amburn. Shannon is a 3rd generation home builder and Gina is a seasoned home designer. They have designed and built literally hundreds of homes over the last 25 years. While working with customers during the early years, they saw a need for families to have greater opportunities to build equity. So they developed a program allowing owners to choose to be involved in the finishing processes of their home. This program allowed families to gain additional equity and increase pride of ownership - all while having the the safety and expertise provided by employing a seasoned general contractor and their team.

We will work to provide a system where you are free to do as much of the work yourself as you feel able, thereby further increasing equity.
