What to Expect:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We'll discuss your goals, budget, timeline, property, and whether a shell build is the right fit for your project.

Step 2: Site & Project Review

If you already own land, we'll review your property and discuss site requirements as well as most efficient placement for utility and road costs.  If you're still searching for land, we can help you understand what to look for.

Step 3: Design & Planning

Bring us your plan. We'll work with you to determine the shell package that best fits your needs. If you do not have a plan we can provide referrals for designers we have worked with.

Step 4: Proposal

You'll receive a clear proposal outlining the scope of work, what's included in your shell build, pricing, and estimated construction timeline.

Step 5: Build Begins

Our team constructs the structural shell, keeping you informed throughout the process.

Step 6: Finish Your Home

Once the shell is complete, you can take over the interior finishes yourself or hire the contractors of your choice.
