EquityQuest is different from other builders.  Our goal is to create EQUITY in your home.  We do that by including you—the homeowner—in the planning and pricing processes so you always know exactly what you are getting and how much it will cost.  In addition, we offer the ability for you to create additional EQUITY using our unique SWEAT EQUITY program. We help you build on your property.

 The following pages detail how our standard EquityQuest plan works. This plan is fully customizable—you can do more items or less items depending on your time, abilities and budget.

 You, your design consultant, and your project manager will all work together to build your home and create EQUITY—an instant “savings account” that is so important for your future and security.

 Most of the steps in this workbook consist of making phone calls and meeting with contractors.  While every task in this book is  important, none of the tasks in this workbook are difficult.  We do the difficult tasks –you can choose to do the  simpler tasks and create additional EQUITY.
