We offer similar services to our addition and remodel customers as we do to our new home customers:

Design:  We offer 2 hours of free design consultation. Bring in your ideas and let us put them on paper. Then we can start working on features, options and pricing so that you can choose the options that best suit your lifestyle and budget. Additional design time is available for a low hourly fee that will be credited as a deposit when contract is signed.

Plans:  EquityQuest Homes will provide engineered plans and work with your local building department to get needed permits.

Features:  We have all level of features available for your new home – from “starter” standards all the way up through high end finishes and features. You control your price by controlling your features. All of our features are competitively priced!

Sweat Equity:  Our Sweat Equity plan allows our home owners to further customize the price of their project. Do a little or do a lot – you choose your level of involvement and cost savings.

Get the most out of your free design time:

1.  Call your local building department to find out what is allowed BEFORE you start design. This can save hours as many cities and counties may have guidelines that you will need to follow.

2.  If possible bring a drawing with dimensions of the addition or the area that you want remodeled.

3.  For additions, bring a “layout” of your lot for us to review (we will mainly be concerned with distances from your new addition to your property lines, wells, septic fields, etc).
