Some of these sites have “cost-to-build” calculations that may be helpful.  Note that in EVERY CASE that someone has asked us to bid a custom plan, we have been SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than these cost-to-build estimators show.  Don’t give up on a plan based on these numbers.
